Why We Stop Playing

I love playgrounds.  They are full of adventure, intrigue, thrills and laughter.

Have you played today?  Have you laughed, had fun, explored?

It does not matter your age – you can still play.  You MUST play.  If one stops playing, do you know what happens?

A ninety-year-old woman named Rose went back to school after years of raising kids and grandkids.  Here is what she said about that.

“We do not stop playing
because we are old;
we grow old
because we stop playing.”

Keep alive.
Stay young (at heart).

PLAY WELL!
