Dreams Are Fragile

Dreams Are Fragile

And sometimes dreams fall and break into a thousand pieces.  What then?

Well, the wise ones say this … pick up on of those pieces and begin again.  Your dream may look different from the original, but it still has the seeds of the original.

Dream with what you have.

Are You Planted or Buried?

Are You Planted or Buried?

This just in:  "Sometimes when you’re in a dark place you think you’ve been buried, but actually you’ve been planted."   (Christine Caine)

Even in bad places, dark places, hard and stony places, we can come out, with more knowledge, more strength, more beauty, and more usefulness.

We thought it was a tomb.  It was nothing more than a nurturing moment.

A High Compliment

A High Compliment

At 6:30 on a Saturday morning, three of my grandkids, who are spending the weekend
with us, came into the office just to hang out.  They wanted to be with me.

I love that.

I’m writing. They are playing on their electronic devices, and two of them are drinking coffee with me.

What a high compliment.

I doubt there is any redeeming value in this post today.  Just an esteeming moment for me.  Thanks for letting me share.
