Validate Again

We need validation.  All mankind need validation.

We need validation.

I picked up a tool for this a long time ago and it still works.  The idea is simple.  Gather your group in a circle and one by one, go around the circle and sell the person on your left to the group.  Tell them their good points, their strengths, their positive qualities. 

Every time I’ve led such a session, it has had magic and power.  I’ve done it for a group of thirty or so, and I’ve done it for six. 

We each need validation.  We desire to know we make a difference.
