we all have to do improv. You know, on
the spot we have to kind of think on our feet, and make our way as we go. We stumble, we falter, we hem and haw … we
improvise.

Godin says this in What to Do when It’s
Your Turn (Pg 146)
“You don’t do improv once
you
figure out what to
say.
You do improv and then
you are able to say
something.”
Improv,
at its heart, means making up as you go.
You know … the art of ad-lib.
I
DO know this … we can improve our improv.
