Sometimes, we tell people how much they have influenced our lives.  Sometimes, we tell them “thank you” and “you made a difference.”

Oh my, the power of the right word spoken at the right time.  It is so needed today, by everybody. 

Today is your day to bring cheer to someone who has done some significant work for which you are thankful.  And it often is a small act that had a large impact.

Personality Matters

The nicest compliment – you have a great personality. 

A nice lady said that to me yesterday.  It made me float. 

I take my personality with me, everywhere, you know.  It’s what comes out in ever human interaction.  I smile, I greet, I say esteeming words, I evidently show I care. 

Way too many ‘I’s” up there just now, but you get the point.  Change all those I’s to We and you too will have it said of you – you have a great personality.

Personality greases the hinges on which doors open.  Doors to people’s trust, confidence, likeability.

Yes indeed.  Personality matters.
