Faith

Your friends and customers want to have faith in you.  They are full of information.  They can get all the product knowledge one could ever need from a dozen internet sites. 

What they want is faith in you.  They want to believe in you, and the successes you tell them in your story. 

Give people in your sphere a chance to have faith in you.  Shoot strait, tell your story and communicate good will.
