The 9-Second Rule

I learned this recently – 

You've got nine seconds to convince people that you are the one. Don't overload them with information; concentrate on what really matters to them.”

What we used to consider as the 30-second to two-minute rule may have just been slimmed down to 9-seconds.

Bottom line, people care about what they are concerned about.  If we focus on their needs and concerns, we’ll win.
