Begin
in Stillness
I’ll
leave my home in a few minutes and go do what I do out there.
I’ve
been up 90 minutes – so quiet, very peaceful.
It’s a mind-settling kind of morning.
Later,
when the noise creeps in, when the voices rise, some demanding attention, and
the tasks pile in, I’ll be thankful for these few minutes of quietness and
stillness.
I
need it in my day as much as bathing and eating.
Find
your still spot. Some use yoga,
meditation, Bible reading, soft music.
Stillness
is waiting for you.
Something to
think on,
in less than
60 seconds.
