A Leader's Legacy

Want to leave a legacy with those who you lead? 

You would do well to remember this …


Be the boss – and be the best boss possible.  Be human.  Be full of understanding.  Be a coach. 

Do you go into an encounter with your employee looking to find something wrong?

How about the opposite?  Look for something right with that situation.  Tom Peters and Robert Waterman promoted this idea in their book In Search of Excellence.

It’s still valid.

Stop being a drill sergeant and be a coach with a winning team.
