They matter in all of our relationships.
Let’s consider some key points.

We listen for two reasons:
1. To connect with others
2. To learn from others
It’s an old saying and it is still true:
“People
don’t care how much you know
until they
know how much you care.”
Love what Larry King once said:
“I remind
myself every morning: nothing I say this day will teach me
anything. So if I’m going to learn, I
must do it by listening.”
