It’s the age old saying-“You
become what you think about.”
What conversations are you having with yourself? This is important.
Zig Ziglar says “Sometimes we
suffer with stinking thinking.”
Suggestion: Choose a couple of strong
and applicable aphorisms that you like and feed on them for a while.
It’s a matter of reconditioning your mind.
Repeat them.
Believe
them.
And do this for as long as it takes.
Your inner voice is listening.
