The
First Moments of a New Day
I
never get over the first early moments of a new day. It is raw, astonishing.
The
quietness is like none other. The cars
are few and far between, and occasionally I’ll hear a bird chirp or see the
ducks land and take off from Willow Creek.
You
don’t see that at noon. You don’t get to
hear that stillness at one o’clock.
The
undisturbed morning.
Thank
you, God.
Something to
think on,
in less than
one minute.
